- MBA from IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIML, IIMK, FMS, ISB or global top 10 MBAs; mgmt. consulting with McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Booz, AT Kearney; 8-12 year of experience.
- Knows strategy and not strategy planning. We are looking starters guy who knows competition, pricing strategy, category strategy, geography strategy, market, mgmt. presentations building and presenting, problem solving.
Role Overview:
- As the AVP/Senior Director of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Droom's strategic initiatives across various business functions.
- You'll be responsible for developing core business strategies, driving enterprise sales enablement, overseeing decision science, and establishing knowledge management frameworks.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams and deliver insights that fuel organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy:
- Develop and refine Droom's overall business strategy in alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and key areas of focus.
Core Strategy:
- Work on high-impact projects that involve core strategic decisions, supporting executive leadership with data-backed insights.
- Ensure alignment of core business goals with emerging trends and industry standards.
Enterprise Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, tools, and resources that drive revenue growth.
- Lead initiatives that improve sales productivity, training, and enablement to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
Decision Science:
- Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decision-making across all business functions.
- Implement models and frameworks that support predictive analytics and data-driven insights for decision-making.
Knowledge Management:
- Build a structured approach to knowledge management to improve accessibility to critical information.
- Implement best practices and tools to ensure knowledge sharing across departments and teams.
Program Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects and manage program lifecycles from planning to execution.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success and impact of programs and strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-15 years of experience in strategy roles within technology or internet-based companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, sales enablement, decision science, and program management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact projects and working with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.
