The primary responsibility of these interns would be to assist in . Questionnaire-based household surveys in the Dudhwa-Katreniaghat-Kishanpur Landscape. Intern may be allotted other landscapes in addition to above, contingent to performance Nilgiris, North Bengal, Odisha, etc.. Ecosystem services assessment (bio-physical). Stakeholder identification among community for building a community of practice for valuation. Stakeholder mapping and contact building. Support the team in conducting Focused Group Discussions with community and Key Informant Interviews with relevant stakeholders. Collate and analyze data as required, report writing, and other project collaterals. Any other research tasks assigned by IORA. Required Skills Include. Pursuing/completing/completed a Masters degree in Forestry, Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Planning, or related disciplines from a reputed university/institute.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate with different state government officials.. Candidate must be fluent in spoken and written communication in Hindi language. Candidate should have experience working with MS Office (Doc, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and statistical software.. Should be fluent in written and spoken Hindi.
