Automation Engineer

Process Analysis & Design

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and document requirements
• Design and implement automated workflow solutions, leveraging expertise in technologies like RPA, AI, OCR, Computer Vision, or related automation tools
• Create detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials

Implementation and Integration

• Develop and configure automation solutions like RPA bots, AI/ML models, Computer Vision, Python scripts and other automation components
• Integrate automation solutions with existing IT systems, databases, and applications
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management protocols
• Perform comprehensive testing and validation of automation workflows

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and optimize automated processes for performance and efficiency
• Implement logging, auditing, and exception handling mechanisms
• Analyze process data and generate insights to further enhance automation
• Stay updated on the latest automation trends, technologies, and best practices

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities
• Communicate automation roadmap, progress, and benefits to cross-functional teams
• Provide training and support to end-users on the adopted automation solutions
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for automation technologies
