Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team for an MRO project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of infrastructure related to the project. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Design: Develop detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications for infrastructure projects. Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Site Investigation: Conduct site investigations to assess conditions and gather data for project planning. Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and compliance with legal guidelines.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and creative solutions to construction challenges. Liaise with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of construction and maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project management teams, providing technical expertise and support. Mentor junior engineers and oversee their work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ( B.E degree with reputed university)
• 12+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Work Environment:

• Will be Bangalore based.
