Requirements

1. Experience in B2C sales, including lead generation through cold calling, direct visits, and references.
2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to follow company policies and reporting systems.
4. Knowledge of competitive products and participation in sampling activities for new product launches.
5. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
6. Building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business in the assigned territory.
