Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:
   
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by acquiring new customers and growing relationships with existing clients.
• Drive direct sales through face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect leads within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target sectors.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, providing after-sales support when required.

4. Product Knowledge & Presentation:

• Gain deep knowledge of ZeroBs product offerings, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Effectively present and demonstrate ZeroBs products and solutions to customers.
• Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of each customer.

5. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Track competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.

6. Market Analysis & Feedback:

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
• Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.

7. Brand Representation:

• Represent ZeroB at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the companys brand image and values.
