Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) while maintaining a strong digital presence for the company through social media posts and website updates.

The person would take calls, and handhold prospective investors through the process of onboarding. Manage Social Media and Performance Reports.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of sales acumen, marketing skills, and digital expertise.

• Attend incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing relevant information about financial products and services.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Share insights with clients to help them make informed investment decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing timely support.
• Follow up on potential leads and close deals effectively.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns.
• Stay updated on financial market trends and company products.
• Develop engaging posts, infographics, and updates for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent at communication

- Bachelors degree. (Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a positive.)

- Experience in Sales and Social media is preferred.

- Knowledge of finance, basic investment products and following markets would be required
