Travel consultant Translator ( Kannada)

We are seeking a proficient Kannada-speaking Translator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the communication gap between our English or Hindi-speaking team and our South Indian clients, creating a smooth and satisfying travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate spoken and written communication from English or Hindi to Kannada and vice versa.
• Assist South Indian clients in understanding itineraries, travel documents, and services provided by Tripocio Carnival Pvt Ltd.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Kannada-speaking clients, resolving queries and addressing concerns.
• Support the sales and customer service teams in tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Accompany clients on travel-related events or tours when necessary to facilitate communication.
• Provide cultural insights and language nuances to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with South Indian culture and travel preferences is a plus.
