- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with key Channel Partners (CPs) such as brokers, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the partner network.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for CPs, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.

- Monitor CP performance and provide ongoing feedback to maximize effectiveness and productivity.

- Lead a team, providing guidance and mentorship to drive their success.
