We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai.
This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the market by driving partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors for our innovative SaaS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development & Management:.
- Identify, onboard, and manage SI, VAR, and Distribution partners to drive sales and revenue growth for Saptang Labs' SaaS solutions.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive partner enablement and provide the tools, training, and support necessary for successful sales execution.
Market Expansion:
- Expand the company's footprint by identifying new channel opportunities and untapped markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement joint go-to-market campaigns with partners.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure channel partners are aligned with Saptang Labs' objectives.
- Partner with the sales team to address customer needs and close deals efficiently.
Performance Monitoring:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor channel partner performance against agreed metrics.
- Regularly review and optimize channel strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Channel Sales or Business Development, preferably in a SaaS company or related industry.
- Expertise in managing and growing partnerships with SIs, VARs, and Distributors is essential.
- Background in cybersecurity, digital forensics, or similar technology solutions is a plus.
Skills:.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner business models.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute scalable partner programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Location Flexibility:.
- Based in Mumbai with the ability to travel as required for partner engagements and events.
