Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individuals to join our International Voice Process team for the US shift. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and assisting our US-based clients with their inquiries and issues through voice communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and offer solutions to customers over the phone.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service and compliance with all processes and standards.
- Maintain customer records by accurately entering details of interactions and actions taken.
- Escalate complex issues to higher management or specialized departments as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving team goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role preferred.
- Ability to understand and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
