Human Resources (HR) Executive

Role & responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Post job openings and source candidates for IT and business roles.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
• Manage freelancer onboarding and contract formalities.

🔹 Employee Onboarding & Engagement

• Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees and freelancers.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company policies.

🔹 HR Operations & Compliance

• Track employee performance and attendance.
• Assist in payroll processing and resolve HR queries.
• Handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
• Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry best practices.

🔹 Employee Relations & Culture Building

• Organize virtual team-building activities to improve engagement.
• Foster a positive work environment and support employee well-being.
• Address concerns related to HR policies and work culture.

Preferred candidate profile

✅ 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

✅ Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

✅ Experience with remote hiring and freelance workforce management (preferred).

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Flock, etc.) is a plus.
