Senior Accountant (AR/AP)

Role & Responsibilities

# Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports.

# Have hands-on experience on GST/ TDS working and generating challans.

# Financial statement audits , Expense reports, Budget reports, Bank reconciliation experience needed.

# Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.

# End-to-End work on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

# Experience in ZOHO BOOKS and ZOHO INVENTORY is highly desirable.

# Experience in Import/Export and payments in foreign currency highly desirable including working with Customs and CHA.

#Support the customs and trade compliance process and activities to optimize service and cost performance for customs clearance.

#Work with USA HQ contact for product pricing changes, exchange rate changes, stay on top of the changes on lead times of products with direct interaction with HQ. Thus excellent written (and email) English is a must.

Preferred candidate profile

# Hands-on in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Emails, Internet searching, CRM systems

# Position requires Excellent Communication, Great Enthusiasm, Carefulness, Very Organized and Detail Oriented and Accuracy in every task is a MUST requirement.

# This is a long term Position open at Intrepid's, Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra Office.
