Job Description
- We are looking for a Marketing Analyst/Data Analyst / Data Scientist with expertise in Fractional Attribution Modeling, A/B Testing, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMX)
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing attribution models, ensuring data accuracy, and driving marketing efficiency through rigorous analytical techniques
- This role requires a strong foundation in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and the ability to present actionable insights effectively to stakeholders
- Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Fractional Attribution Models to accurately measure marketing performance across channels
- Investigate data anomalies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of attribution insights
- Design and execute A/B testing and MMX modeling to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize spend allocation
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Leadership teams to drive data-driven decision-making
- Present complex attribution findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Required Skills Experience: Strong expertise in marketing attribution models, analytics, and performance measurement
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, MMX modeling, and spend optimization methodologies
- Expertise in Tableau/Power BI for data visualization and insight generation
- Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to business stakeholders
