Data Analyst - R/Python (2-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Insights Generation :

- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.

- Utilize statistical techniques to interpret trends and patterns in complex healthcare datasets.

- Develop reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

Data Management and Quality Assurance :

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data.

- Implement data validation techniques to maintain data quality.

- Support the development of data pipelines for efficient data extraction and transformation.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Tool and Technology Utilization :

- Use data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to create interactive dashboards.

- Perform advanced data analysis using tools like Python, R, or SQL.

- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for data storage and processing.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences domain.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).

- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods is a plus.
