We are looking for a Marketing Analyst/Data Analyst / Data Scientist with expertise in Fractional Attribution Modeling, A/B Testing, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMX)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing attribution models, ensuring data accuracy, and driving marketing efficiency through rigorous analytical techniques
This role requires a strong foundation in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and the ability to present actionable insights effectively to stakeholders
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Fractional Attribution Models to accurately measure marketing performance across channels
Investigate data anomalies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of attribution insights
Design and execute A/B testing and MMX modeling to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize spend allocation
Build dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Leadership teams to drive data-driven decision-making
Present complex attribution findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills Experience: Strong expertise in marketing attribution models, analytics, and performance measurement
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, MMX modeling, and spend optimization methodologies
Expertise in Tableau/Power BI for data visualization and insight generation
Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to business stakeholders
