Product Manager - Home Appliances (AC, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Air Cooler & LED TV)

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager to oversee the development, pricing, and lifecycle management of a wide range of home appliances, including Air Conditioners (AC), Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Air Coolers, and LED TVs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both product development processes and market dynamics, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and operational constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Innovation:
• Lead the entire product development process from concept to launch for AC, washing machines, refrigerators, air coolers, and LED TVs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and supply chain, to develop high-quality, market-ready products.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive offerings.
• Develop product roadmaps, specifications, and requirements for new product features and improvements.

• Pricing Strategy & Management:
• Design and implement pricing strategies that align with the companys objectives and market conditions.
• Conduct cost analysis and pricing benchmarking for all product categories.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure products are priced competitively and profitably.
• Regularly analyze product profitability and make adjustments to pricing models based on market trends and cost structures.

• Market Analysis & Positioning:
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Define key value propositions for each product and ensure they are communicated effectively through marketing materials.
• Establish product positioning strategies to maximize market share and brand loyalty.

• Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from launch through end-of-life, ensuring timely updates and improvements.
• Manage product performance through metrics such as sales volume, customer satisfaction, and margin performance.
• Ensure continuous improvement and quality control by collaborating with the quality assurance team.

• Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related queries, performance, and strategic decisions.
• Regularly present updates and progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliance sector.
• Strong understanding of product development, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to drive decisions.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the latest technology trends in home appliances is a plus.
