Job Purpose

Briefly summarize the jobs overall purpose of the role within the organization

Owns territory sales performance including P&L, volume and market share, new and repeat trade partner business in territory. Drive primary sales in the assigned market

Accountability |Key Duties and Responsibilities

Describe at least 5 duties and responsibilities and the percentage of time required for each. Must total 100%

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, including distributors, dealers, and retailers.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to channel partner locations to provide product training, support, and ensure proper merchandising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the regional/ branch team.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
• Stay updated on industry developments, product features, and market dynamics to effectively communicate and position LLOYD Electronics products.
• Sell out management.

Technical & Functional Skills

Strong analytical, planning, selling and negotiation skills, and relationship building. Local geography/ market experience.

Experience in managing team is desirable.

5-12 years of experience in channel sales in consumer durable/ electronic/ electric industry.
