Lead FG Sourcing For Fan, SDA, and Personal Grooming

Title Lead FG Sourcing , Supplier Management , Supply Chain for Fan / SDA / Personal Grooming Category

Product Category: Fan (Ceiling / Non Ceiling) , MG/JMG , Iron, kettle, Air Frier , OTG , Toster, Induction Cooktop, Hari Dryer, Trimmer products.

Work Exp : 15 ~ 18 Years

Key Responsibility :

1)Manage Product Cost & have through understanding of cost structure of various category such as Molding , Sheet Metal , Electrical, PCBA Assy etc.

2)Drive Cost Saving / NPD / Alternate sourcing , Negotiation, Specification improvement etc. and ensure product launch at right price / right time.

3)Shall ensure the FG product delivery from suppliers as per business forecast, manage PO and daily supplies.

4)Elimination purchasing risk (Single Source / Long Lead Time Items / Critical part Capacity Enhancement/ Supply chain improvement etc)

5)Work closely with Quality team to improve low performing suppliers / supplier infra and enhance supplier performance.

6)Support New Supplier Assessment along with Design , Quality & Purchasing teams, supplier selection & On Boarding activity.

7)Strong exposure to overseas market for FG sourcing such from China / Global supplier base.

Requirements :

1)B Tech Mechanical/ Electrical full time 2)Has worked on FG Supply / Sourcing Role at least for 8 ~ 10 Years (Preferable from similar product category). 3)Strong ability in Product knowledge / Commercial / Development / Improvement. 4)Ability to work with cross functional teams from BU/ CRI / QA & able to lead product Sourcing & Procurement Buyers. 5)Strong domain knowledge of SAP MM module. 6)Exposure to six sigma / Problem solving Tools.

Expected CTC : 30 ~ 35 Lacs/Annum.

Preferred Industry : Consumer durable / Appliances / Personal Grooming
