Job Description

Reporting To - DGM HR


Scope:

Responsible for managing following activity: -

  • Employee Grievance Handling
  • HR Operations
  • PMS
  • Rewards and Recognition
  • Organizational Development
  • Learning and Development
  • Business Partnership

Responsibilities: Employee Life Cycle Management

Key Actions:

  • Responsible for identifying talent gap and providing best potential talent within TAT.
  • Managing complete employee lifecycle of employee from hire to retire (On boarding, Induction,
  • Confirmation, Payroll Inputs only, PMS, Exit and F&F, Employee Grievances).
  • Driving the culture of learning and development across business line
  • Ensuring Business strategy is in line with People Strategy.
  • Partnering with global leadership team and team leads for driving performance review.
  • Maintaining data related to people matrix and providing data input to management Team for
  • strategic moves.
  • Conducting exit interview and Attrition analysis.
  • Responsible for driving Reward and Recognition activity.
  • Implementing Country HR initiatives in consultation with immediate senior
  • Actively involved in handling employee grievances and resolving the same in the best interest for both employee and employer.

Success Factors:

  • Work with TA team to hire the best potential talent within defined TAT and budget.
  • Employee engagement scores
  • Productivity of employees and Performance of business lines.
  • Seamless processing of payroll
  • Attrition analysis

Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management

Key Actions:

  • Liaison with various business leads in driving development and learning culture across business line.
  • Liaising with operations manager in understanding the need of the hour related to people front and proactively delivering the same.
  • Collaboratively working within HR team to cascade country HR initiatives to respective business lines.
  • Collectively working with recruitment service provider for closing niche positions.
  • Ongoing coordination across organization.

We are Looking for You with

Qualification

  • Postgraduate/ MBA in Human Resources.

Technical Certifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and working on various management decks.

Experience

  • Should have atleast 7 to 12 years of experience in HR generalist profile.

Behaviours & Aptitude

  • Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task with Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Ability to deliver task within defined timelines.
