Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our cybersecurity solution sales, focusing on services like SOC as a Service, VAPT, and Managed Security Service Provider offerings in the APAC market. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in cybersecurity sales and deep understanding of the digital threat landscape in APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that ensure the successful introduction and adoption of cybersecurity solutions, including SOC as a Service, VAPT, and comprehensive managed security services.
- Engage with potential clients to build relationships and present tailored proposals that meet their specific security needs.
- Navigate and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in cybersecurity to effectively communicate with clients and align solutions with their business objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that client needs are translated into effective solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in business development or sales, specifically in introducing and selling cybersecurity solutions like SOC as a Service, VAPT, or as a Managed Security Service Provider.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market dynamics and regulatory environment in APAC.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and manage relationships with senior-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.
