- Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong background in IT Cybersecurity services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.
- BDM will be responsible for Driving the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to closing deals by pitching Staff Augmentation Services & Solutions business growth.
- Collaborate with key partners to enhance our network and create new business avenues by New Client hunting & farming /establishing key relationships with customers, expanding our client base in US Region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to expand our footprint in the USA. Identify potential clients, build relationships, and present customized staffing solutions to meet their business needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position the company effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement in products, services, and marketing approaches.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on in IT Cybersecurity managed Services & solutions and IT/Cybersecurity Staff Augmentation Services for US Region staff augmentation in the USA markets.
- In-depth understanding of the staffing industry, trends, and client requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
