Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager-Integration Services

- The role involves tasks such as new business development, contract negotiation, account management, and sales to drive the adoption of integration solutions.

- The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence and driving business growth through effective client engagement.

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our integration services portfolio, specializing in platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, and other iPaaS solutions.

- The BDM will focus on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's footprint in the integration services market.

- This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies and a proven track record of successful sales in the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales of integration services, including MuleSoft, Boomi, and Workato.

- Identify and target key verticals and clients that would benefit from integration solutions, with a focus on medium to large enterprises.

- Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers within target organizations.

- Understand client business needs, challenges, and goals to position integration services as value-driven solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their integration strategies.

Pipeline Development & Opportunity Management:

- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through various channels, including networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, and marketing leads.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure smooth project handovers.

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information on opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions.

Partnership & Ecosystem Development:

- Develop partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and other key stakeholders in the integration services ecosystem.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to build strategic campaigns and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to expand market presence.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to continuously refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

- Provide feedback to product and service delivery teams on market needs and customer feedback to help shape future offerings.

Revenue & Growth Targets:

- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term client relationships and recurring revenue streams.

- Drive account expansion strategies, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT services, specifically focused on integration services (MuleSoft, Boomi, and Workato).

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a focus on high-value deals.

- Strong understanding of integration technologies, including API management, cloud integration, and digital transformation.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and technical stakeholders.

- Experience with CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance.

- A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with global or large-scale clients.

- Strong network of contacts in the technology or IT services sector.

- Understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and API strategies.
