Job Description
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources
- Establish strong business relationship with each client
- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation
- Manage tasks on Trello platform create reports for the same for clients
- Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary approvals from clients
- Close interaction with design, content, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services
- Ensure client retention and aim to grow each account
- Co-ordinating with accounts department and ensuring invoice amounts tally and are raised on time
- Payment followup with clients
- Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines
- Works independently and in teams
- Strong analytical skills are essential
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Industry research capabilities, to understand clients business environment
- A good eye for details
- Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work, patience, high client orientation and business common sense
- 1+ years experience in the digital industry
- Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
