Executive - Sales

Job Objective: To assist the BDMs in Customer Care.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Ensuring timely execution of orders.
2. Receiving & forwarding commercial purchase orders to productions.
3. Follow up the order till export.
4. Doing shipments.
5. Receiving & forwarding Drop Ship Vendor orders to productions.
6. Working on online portal (Commerce Hub) for DSV orders.
7. Preparing shipment details Packing List & Invoices for customers.
8. Handling all return items and keep records.
9. Follow up with PPC for delay on daily basis.
10. Follow up with Central dept regarding findings.
11. Communicating with Customers through E-mail with regards to Orders, Invoices, and shipment details.
12. Follow up the new designs with PD department and take follow up the sample line.
13. Follow with GSI.
