Senior Executive - Sales

Role & responsibilities:

1. To assist the BDMs in Customer Care.
2. To handle the Sales Accounts and ensure maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters on quality and delivery norms.
3. To prepare Quote sheets/ Pricing of Final Product to be shown at the customer meeting in advance, to cross check and revise prices before customer meetings.
4. To co-ordinate with the Factory on production with a view to assist in resolving issues faced and timely delivery.
5. To ensure accurate DCBs, correct charges for CSFP, special finish, findings. Keep in mind increasing metal, alloy and rhodium prices and revise price list to offset the cost increase.
6. Data Maintenance - maintaining and updating style data master along with detail on sales per style, per customer, per market etc.
7. To provide & update customers with credit positions and price revisions.
8. To send OPS (Commercial / Sample) every week to the client.
9. To follow-up with payments with customer.
10. To correspond with customer for orders placed and update them on shipments.
11. To assist in solving problems related to the jewelry product at any stage of the development or production process.
12. To be key liaison with the buyer, customer representative for queries / issues faced.
13. To coordinate closely with internal / 3rd party QC team for better quality product.
14. To facilitate customers in the selection process by presenting a range of designs for selection.
