Key Responsibilities



Sales strategy & execution:

Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for property sales, including residential, commercial, or luxury real estate.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Provide market insights and advice to potential buyers, helping them navigate the real estate market to find properties that meet their needs.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Client relationship management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate developers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored real estate solutions based on clients specific requirements.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and expand the client base.
  • Assist clients through the entire buying or selling process, including property selection, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Property listings & marketing:

    Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to ensure properties are well-promoted through digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the companys current listings and new developments.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiation & closing:

    Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Prepare offers, contracts, and necessary documentation for transactions.
  • Oversee the closing process, working with legal, finance, and title teams to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Address any client concerns and resolve issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
  • Handing sales reporting & forecasting.
  • Handing team collaboration & mentorship.
