1. To create the quotation and submit to customer.

2. To create the Proforma Invoice and submit to customer.

3. Maintain an tracker for new enquiries, ongoing projects and potential customers.

4. Maintain Quotation Tracker and Customer Contact master.

5. Coordinate with existing commercialized customers.

6. Arrange inputs from customer for complaints in coordination with the plant/technical team/QA team.

7. Follow up for overdue payments

8. Coordinate with the plant for customer order and dispatch requirements.

9. Arranging samples from and for Customers as per their requirement.

10. To prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and year on year sales analysis. (Budget Vs Actuals).

11. To prepare MIS

12. Periodic follow up with customers for customer feedback forms from the customers as per SOP.

13. Providing required training to Executive OR New Joinee (Sales Executive).
