Job Description

Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible to discharge the following duties efficiently and effectively in our company.

Sales and Customer Interaction:

    • Collaborate with customers, design, and projects departments to ensure a seamless process throughout the sales cycle.
    • Visit customers and their sites for assessing system fit-outs and possible troubleshooting as directed by managers.
    • Track revenue targets within a defined time frame as directed by managers.

Sales Planning and Documentation:

    • Plan and document the sales efforts methodically.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to support business development activities.

Customer Experience:

    • Use inherent people skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Market Expansion:

    • Use inherent networking skills for the promotion of the companys products and services.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the companys customer base.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services.
    • Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers.

Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
    • Collaborate with the design and projects departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Negotiation and Closing Sales:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
    • Ensure all sales agreements and contracts are accurately prepared and maintained.

Follow-Up and Relationship Management:

    • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to nurture long-term relationships.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
    • Adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.

Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and professional development.

  • Sales and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and business development processes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with water treatment processes, equipment, and systems.
