Manager Merchandiser (Export Jewellery Segment)

KRA Key Result Area:

1. To ensure FTR in Biodata.
2. To ensure hit ratio to improve to 20%
3. To create and lead calendars for all events, shows, meetings and execute the same accordingly.
4. To ensure 20% of the output is new ideas or designs (creative).
5. Target of monthly output of overall department: 600 plus to be achieved jointly.

Job Functions:

1. Overall responsible as a Process Owner for the customers:
2. Responsible for the training and up scaling of the team.
3. To ensure that the range is Well-kept and well managed

b Product development is based on the voids, works etc of the range and to be planned accordingly.

c Any piece in the range should be traceable at any given point, it should be maintained with soft copy.

d Melting cycle schedule should be planned with Sales based on the client meetings and shows.

e Any cross functionally range used for meeting, has to go back to its place. Responsibility lies on the person who has removed and used it. Time frame 48 hours.

1. To define team targets.
2. Responsible for teams monthly report.
3. Well merchandised, supported with right pitch/presentation Range to be prepared for client meetings and show.
