Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging, learner-centric training materials for the GenAI Platform, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, infographics, animations, and interactive simulations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to simplify complex AI concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse learners.
• Use creative storytelling and innovative design techniques to create compelling learning journeys.
• Analyse learner needs, define learning objectives, and design impactful instructional content.
• Utilise learning platforms and authoring tools to create adaptive, accessible, and multi-modal content.
• Stay current with the latest trends in AI, education technology, and instructional design to bring fresh ideas to our learning solutions.
• Conduct assessments, gather feedback, and iterate content for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple learning projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality output.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related roles.
• Design and Authoring Tools Expertise: High proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and multimedia tools for graphic design, video, and animation.
• AI/Tech Literacy: Ability to work with technology-focused content, with a strong aptitude for simplifying complex AI concepts.
• Storytelling and Creativity: Strong creative writing skills with an ability to craft memorable and engaging learning experiences.
• Graphic & Web Design Skills: Experience with design tools, HTML/CSS, and creating web-style pages for enhanced learning experiences.
• Pedagogical Expertise: Knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and experience designing content that adapts to various learning styles.
• Assessment and Feedback: Strong assessment design skills to gauge learning outcomes and improve content iteratively.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
