Lead Java Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for Java-based applications, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement fixes for recurring problems.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation on troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and internal guides.
  
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x5 support during critical production periods.
  
• Analyze system logs, thread dumps, and other diagnostic tools to resolve application performance issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in cloud support or similar role with expertise in Java Production Support.
  
• Strong understanding of core Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring).
  
• Experience working with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently under pressure.
