• Conducting workshops with team to explain the design and the respective use cases.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Demonstrate excellent algorithmic and problem-solving capabilities by working independently on tasks
• Expert-level knowledge of Java, SQL and NoSQL databases along with full-stack development Knowledge about AWS technologies (DynamoDB,Lambda)
• Ability to mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and advanced technical concepts
• Proficiency in version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment automation Proficiency with monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools
• Cross-team collaboration with extreme ownership mindset Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills, and a bias towards action
• Strong understanding of engineering, product, and design interoperation and communication

Primary Skills

• Have 10+ years of experience of SDLC
• Strong Java Backend with OOPS Concept, Design and Code-Review
• Spring Boot, Microservices
• SQL and NoSQL databases along with full-stack development Knowledge about AWS technologies (DynamoDB, Lambda)
