- Role: Java Technical Lead

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities
- Conducting workshops with team to explain the design and the respective use cases.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Demonstrate excellent algorithmic and problem-solving capabilities by working independently on tasks
- Expert-level knowledge of Java, SQL and NoSQL databases along with full-stack development Knowledge about AWS technologies (DynamoDB,Lambda)
- Ability to mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and advanced technical concepts
- Proficiency in version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment automation Proficiency with monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools
- Cross-team collaboration with extreme ownership mindset Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills, and a bias towards action
- Strong understanding of engineering, product, and design interoperation and communication
Key skills you will require:
Primary Skills
- Have 10+ years of experience of SDLC
- Strong Java Backend with OOPS Concept, Design and Code-Review
- Spring Boot, Microservices
- SQL and NoSQL databases along with full-stack development Knowledge about AWS technologies (DynamoDB, Lambda)
