Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training (ILT), job aids, and multimedia content.
• Develop learning objectives, assessments, and curricula based on identified learning needs.
• Use instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile to create effective learning experiences.
• Needs Analysis:
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to assess training needs, identify learning gaps, and define project goals.
• Conduct learner and performance analysis to ensure training solutions align with business objectives and improve outcomes.
• Course Creation and Delivery:
• Build and implement online courses using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.
• Ensure courses are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with industry standards and best practices in adult learning.
• Develop engaging multimedia content such as videos, interactive scenarios, quizzes, and assessments.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with teams such as HR, marketing, and IT to ensure training materials are up to date and support business goals.
• Participate in feedback sessions with learners and stakeholders to refine and improve training programs.
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Recommend improvements based on feedback and analysis to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in instructional design, curriculum development, and eLearning development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile).
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and simulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [industry-specific knowledge or domain expertise].
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for course customization.
• Certification in instructional design or eLearning development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
