Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. This role emphasizes strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect complex problems to propose viable solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:
5-7 years of work experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role.
Experience in finance, banking, capital markets, or other enterprise applications within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to deep dive into data, identify opportunities, and drive the design of sustainable improvements.
Undergraduate degree in a science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or finance.

Nice to Have:
Experience in capital markets and market data analysis.
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
Experience working in growth-stage startups and with remote, distributed teams.
