Java Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java/J2EE, OOPS concepts, and microservices architecture, along with expertise in backend development, database management, and messaging queues.

This role requires a collaborative mindset to partner with business analysts and technical teams to design and deliver high-performance, scalable applications in the banking domain.

Requirements & Qualifications:
B.Tech. in Computer Science or equivalent
3-6 years of experience in the backend development
Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE & OOPS concepts
Expertise in Spring/Spring Boot framework
Experience with JPA/Hibernate
Knowledge of distributed messaging and queues (Kafka, SQS, SNS, JMS)
RDBMS/NoSQL databases (Aerospike, Redis, Cassandra)
Microservices architecture
Good to Have:
Understanding of Payment Gateways and EMV Chip Card Transactions
Hands-on experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and build tools (Maven, Jenkins)
Experience in caching techniques (Redis, Aerospike)
Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis
Strong database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical Design & Implementation:
Design, implement, deploy, and maintain robust backend systems.
Ensure designs adhere to specifications and best practices.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.
Collaboration & Review:
Collaborate with Business Analysts to review and implement business requirements.
Perform development and unit testing, ensuring code quality and functionality.
Mentor and oversee junior developers, including reviewing designs and conducting code reviews.
Technology Proficiency:
Work on projects in the banking domain, including payment gateways and EMV chip card transactions.
Develop using Core Java/J2EE and OOPS principles.
Utilize ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
Work with web services (SOAP/REST) and build tools like Maven and Jenkins.
Implement efficient caching solutions using Redis or Aerospike.
Utilize ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting.
Manage databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
