Job Title: Sales Head - Insurance Technology Platform
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5+ years in SaaS Sales, preferably in Insurtech, Fintech, or related domains.

Role Overview:
- As the Sales Head, you will spearhead our sales strategy, focusing on both hunting (new business acquisition) and farming (account growth and retention). You'll lead a high-energy team, develop new business channels, nurture client relationships, and drive sustained revenue growth.
- We seek a dynamic, yet mature professional who has the hunger to thrive in a high-growth environment and the maturity to foster meaningful relationships with our clients. Candidates with exposure to BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industries and clients will gain an edge, given the specialized nature of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Drive lead generation, prospecting, and sales for new accounts within the insurance technology domain. Develop a robust pipeline and close high-value deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions. Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and account expansion.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with the company's growth objectives. Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- 0-to-1 Journey & Company Building: Play a key role in building the company from the ground up, developing strategies and processes that support rapid growth. Be prepared to navigate challenges and leverage opportunities that come with establishing a new business.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance on best practices in SaaS sales.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform sales tactics and strategies.
- Revenue Management: Meet and exceed sales quotas, ensuring profitability through effective pricing and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, with experience in both new business acquisition and account management.
- Strong background in insurtech, fintech, or a related SaaS field.
- Exposure to the BFSI sector, with an understanding of industry challenges and client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow sales teams, with experience driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with key stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
