Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Make outgoing calls to interested candidates looking for international careers, brief them about IOTS and the international opportunities.
• Collect the required documents to apply for the positions.
• Good command over English Language.
• Responsible for calling all leads & converting them into walk-ins & enrolling
• Handling walk-in enquiries & converting them into admissions
• Responsible for handling outbound and incoming calls to ensure fresh walk-ins to our International Programs.
• Recording and maintaining all enquiries & new leads detail in LMS / CRM
• Meeting business targets or KPI with effective tele counseling skills
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Assemese/ Malayam, English, Hindi.
• Good knowledge of MS Office & about Overseas Placements
• Good Learner with time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
• Professional attitude and appearance
