Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand global market presence.
• Identify and establish relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in target markets.
• Drive revenue growth through new business development and existing client management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings for global customers.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and logistics requirements.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in home décor, furnishings, or lifestyle products.
• Strong network in international retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage key client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
