Role & responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand the heat exchanger business globally.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts.
4. Engineering Expertise: Utilize your engineering background to understand and effectively communicate technical aspects of heat exchangers to clients.
5. Communication Skills: Fluently communicate in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts. Proficiency in German is a plus.
6. Travel: Be open to international travel, particularly to Europe and North America, ranging from 30% to 50% of your working time.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management and contribute to decision-making processes.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in tangible engineering products.
3. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team leader role.
4. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
6. Ability to travel as necessary to meet business requirements.

Performance Incentive:
You will be eligible for the yearly performance based incentive upto 3 months salary as per Companys policy at the end of financial year

Annual Leave:

You will eligible for Gratuity on completion of 5 years of continuous service.
Contract Period:
First and each subsequent contract will be valid for the 2 years period from residence visa stamping date which can be further renewed with mutual discussion and agreement.
Probation Period:
You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining/reporting.
Weekly off & Holidays:
Weekly off will be on Sunday and other public holiday’s as per Company’s policy
