Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Manager
Pharma Industry Location: Mumbai, India About Amar Biosystems: Amar Biosystems Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering company specializing in microfluidic and microreactor-based technologies for the life sciences sector. Our flagship product, nanomake L, is an advanced microfluidic platform designed for optimizing and formulating nanomedicines, including mRNA-lipid nanoparticles, polymeric nanoparticles, and liposomes. Our mission is to revolutionize pharmaceutical innovation with scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries to drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and effectively presenting and demonstrating our products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and engage with potential pharma and biotech clients to promote our microfluidic platforms.
• Lead Generation & Partnerships: Leverage industry relationships to establish collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, CDMOs, research institutions, and regulatory agencies.
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and outreach initiatives to enhance market penetration.
• Communication & Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the value proposition of Amar Biosystems' products to clients and stakeholders.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct product demos and technical presentations as needed to showcase the features and capabilities of nanomake L.
• Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent Amar Biosystems at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility and credibility.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine business strategies.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation by converting leads into long-term business relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Experience providing product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies, CDMOs, and biotech firms.
• Deep understanding of nanomedicine, drug formulation, microfluidic technologies, or related scientific domains (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans.
• MBA, MSc, or PhD in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred
