Welcome to Amar Equipment Pvt. Ltd! Established in 1974, we are the largest manufacturer and exporter of high-pressure high temperature reactor/autoclave systems, magnetic drive couplings/stirrers, and continuous flow reactors.

With over 45 years of experience, we design and manufacture pressure vessels/reactor systems up to 700bar and temperatures up to 600degrees.

Our company is ISO 9001-2015 certified and has a global clientele across 50 countries.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Marketing Manager located in Mumbai.

- The role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to expand our market reach globally.

- The manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with international clients, attending industry events, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Strong engineering professional with a BE MECHANICAL/Chemical.

- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Professional with a demonstrated history of working in Engineering and Project industry

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing or instrumentation industry, specifically in pressure reactors and related equipment (Preferable P&L responsibilities of 100 Cr+)

- Excellent spoken and written English skills

- Proven track record of scaling businesses and achieving sales targets.

- Assignments in outside India roles will be a plus.

- Experience in Government Tenders will be an additional advantage

- Established relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the pressure reactors and flow reactors market preferably including foreign clients

- Skilled in Sales & Marketing, Proposals, Manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing and Team Building.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.

- Deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

- Knowledge of regulations such as ASME and PED.

- Ability to travel as needed
