Role & responsibilities
1. Identify the business opportunities by identifying prospects.
2. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
3. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
4. Daily follow-up on old leads and work on new leads.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
6. Ability to map accounts, and identify the key contacts, and decision-makers.
7. Responsible for lead generation as well as closing of sales.
8. Conduct targeted email campaigns to reach key decision-makers in target companies.
9. Identify opportunities by speaking to customers, understanding their requirements, and educating them on Brilyants Offerings.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Prior B2B experience will be preferred.
3. Proven experience in managing a team.
4. Sincere, hardworking, and a good team player.
5. Must be self-motivated, energetic, well-spoken, target-oriented, eager to close sales and generate revenue for the organization
6. High attention to detail.
7. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
8. Experience 1-3 years.
9. Bachelors Degree.
10. Preferred immediate joiner or less than 15 days
