Description

We are looking for a Team Lead - Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to manage and motivate a high-performing team across India , UAE , and the US . You will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring your team, and ensuring targets are met while expanding Brilyant s presence in new markets.

Experience : 13+ years (5+ years in a leadership role)

Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in IT products/services.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce , HubSpot , and sales automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and match them with Brilyant s solutions.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of ISRs, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, overseeing both inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Set clear KPIs for the team and regularly track performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing deals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide regular reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and insights to senior management.
