Job Summary:
We seek a self-motivated, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments.
As an Inside Sales Representative, youll identify opportunities, engage procurement, IT teams, and decision-makers, and offer tailored IT hardware, software, and services solutions. Strong IT knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and proven sales drive are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:
Qualifications: 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, software, or services.
Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of IT challenges faced by SMBs and Mid-Market companies, including scalability, cost-efficiency, and security.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Key attributes:
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Strong analytical skills to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
