Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for a Legal Internship position. The internship duration is three months, and it is a paid position, with remuneration contingent upon the quality of work.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research.

Assist in Preparing Notices, Reply to Notices, MOUs, NDAs, etc.

Assist in drafting and reviewing Agreements, MOUs, etc.

Review and summarize legal cases.

Litigation support

Attend team meetings.

Requirements: 

Law student currently in their 3rd year or beyond with strong research skills and interest in corporate law.
