AVP - Legal - Contract & Litigation - NBFC/Financial Services (9-15 yrs)

The AVP Legal (Contract & Litigation) will be a Member of the Legal and compliance team, working on all aspects of legal contracts and litigation matters. This role involves significant interaction with senior management, contract management & negotiations, providing advice on various legal issues arising from contracts and operational issues, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

- Contract management & Negotiations

- Stakeholder Management

- Law graduate from a reputed law school, with work experience of around 10+ years in the industry.

- Provide legal advice on a broad range of issues, influencing strategic decision-making.

- Assist with litigation strategy and manage outside counsel relationships.

- Overseeing the legal aspects of Companys business.

- Provide legal support in business acquisition and throughout the project life cycle

- Travelling based on the urgency of the court case/litigation matter
