Vice President - Investment Relations - NBFC/Financial Services (12-18 yrs)

As VP - Investor Relations, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all investor relations activities and communicating the company's financial performance and strategy to investors and analysts.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute revampp a comprehensive investor relations strategy.

- Create and maintain a proactive investor relations program.

- Manage regular interactions with financial community.

- Prepare and share investor presentations, annual reports, and other communications.

- Analyze financial performance, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Manage relationships with investors, and different stakeholders.

- Attend investor meetings, and conference calls to ensure effective communication and engagement.

- Attend investors' queries in a timely and accurate manner.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications and disclosures.

- Closely working with legal, finance, and corporate communications teams to ensure accurate and timely information.

- Develop and implement communication plans to address potential issues and protect the company's reputation.

- Provide assistance to senior management during crises or significant corporate events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts, and other key stakeholders.

Requirement :

Strong experience in managing Strategy & investor relations function in the Financial Services sector with a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community
