Vice President of Investor Relations
Our client is Technology leader in creating next generation Tech innovation in digital markets in India & Abroad.
We are looking for a Vice President of Investor Relations.
Key Must Haves:
Investor Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Drive the acquisition of institutional and high-net-worth individual (HNI) investors, Family offices etc to increase the assets under management (AUM).
- Develop and implement strategies to attract Indian investors to international investment opportunities, particularly in the US market.
Business Expansion:
- Identify and engage lead players in various asset classes, linking them with the organisation.
- Increase the institutional / Enterprise client base and trading volumes from these clients across different regions and markets.
Client Empowerment & Support to Drive sales growth :
- Provide comprehensive information and clarification on various asset instruments to potential and current clients.
- Assist in popularizing new investment avenues and products through targeted educational initiatives.
Business Communication and Outreach:
- Create and distribute monthly mailers to potential and current clients to boost sales volumes.
- Representation in key events related to capital and crypto markets, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation.
- Conduct monthly Webinars and Seminars individually and by inviting industry experts.
Strategic Activities:
- Review the performance of the institutional sales team, focusing on volume increases across asset classes, quality of research, and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the institutional marketing team in enrolling new members and generating volumes.
- Stay updated on market trends, demand-supply factors, and global news to guide the team and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive data on the performance of all asset classes (ETFs) in global and domestic markets, including industry views on future trends.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, setting targets and responsibilities, and coordinate with top management for approval.
- Communicate strategies and targets effectively to the departmental team.
- Track national and international market developments, particularly in the US, to guide further research and sales activities.
- Coordinate with top management, Product, Marketing and other departments for launching new sales initiatives.
- Work with the Product Team to design new contracts and launch new products.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to organize impactful events and seminars.
- Coordinate with other department heads for lead generation, client query resolution, and implementing best practices for improved client service.
- Partner with the Business Development team to design and execute the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (CFA, CAIA) preferred.
- Proven experience in international investments from India for Indian investors
- Extensive experience in handling large Assets Under Management (AUM) (~250M).
- Demonstrated ability to increase institutional client base and volumes.
- Strong knowledge of global and domestic financial markets, especially in crypto and ETFs.
